Pricing · no vendor money, no usage meters

Pay for the research
Not the magic quadrant.

Three tiers, transparent prices, no surprise renewals. The platform that just helped Northstar cut $8.2M from their stack costs less than what they were paying for analyst PDFs.

Desk and Team are per-seat, billed annually or monthly. Enterprise is a flat platform fee scaled to your stack size; we do not meter usage internally and we never charge per evidence export. Procurement teams hate consumption pricing on diligence work, so we don't do it.

No. ProofOfThings has never accepted placement fees, "premium tier" listings, or co-marketing dollars from any product in our graph. Our only revenue source is our customers. The day that changes, the data is worthless.

We replace the vendor-shortlisting and capability-comparison work, plus add live telemetry our customers run themselves. We do not replace deep market-sizing research or analyst inquiries on emerging categories — for those, we partner with independent boutiques and surface their reports in-platform.

Always. Every score in the platform is one click away from its raw inputs: customer telemetry samples (anonymized), feature-test transcripts, third-party benchmarks, and the changelog. No black-box scoring. If we can't show you the work, the score doesn't ship.

Enterprise customers run on a private capability overlay. Your vendor relationships, contract terms, and stack composition are encrypted at rest with customer-managed keys and never join the public graph. We have a SOC 2 Type II report and FedRAMP Moderate environment available on request.

Yes. Most enterprises start with a Team seat for procurement, add IT leadership in quarter two, and move to Enterprise once they want the private graph. There's no ratchet — you can downgrade between renewals.
